As an exhibitor at CRR, we want to make sure you have a positive experience. This page will be your first stop for all the logistical information and forms needed to set-up your exhibit.

Exhibitor representatives are encouraged to staff their booths and tabletop exhibits during general sessions to maximize networking time with attendees. View the full Schedule-at-a-Glance. Exhibits are located in the Ballroom at the Renaissance Glendale.

On-Site Information
Badge Pick-Up
  • Pre-register - your booth staff online to expedite the badge pick-up process.
  • A Registration Code will be emailed to the main exhibitor contact.
  • Need your code, email exhibits@iafc.org.
  • ALL booth personnel must check-in at the Registration desk.
  • Registration Location: Outside the Exhibit Hall Entrance

Wi-Fi is available in all lobby areas for general emails and internet browsing. Not for exhibitor demos, etc.

Move-Out Reminders
  • All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by May 15, 2025.
  • All carriers check-in by May 15, 2025 at 12:00 PM. 
Beware of Poachers
Exhibitors are often contacted by various vendors looking to get your business. Some of these companies may misrepresent themselves as being associated with IAFC. You may be solicited by companies selling attendee lists, etc. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering. IAFC is the only provider with access to attendee lists.
