What's the deadline to register for the conference?

Online registration will be open through the last day of the conference, Thursday, May 15, 2025. Onsite registration will begin on Tuesday, May 13.

Do I have to register in advance?
No, onsite registration for attendees will be available starting on Tuesday, May 13 at 7 AM, at the conference venue. However, we highly encourage you to register in advance so that your badge is ready in advance for pickup.

What does my registration fee include?
Your conference registration includes:

• 3 days of education
• Breakfast with exhibitors on Wendesday and Thursday
• Lunch with exhibitors on Wednesday
• Morning coffee

Will I receive a confirmation of my registration?
Confirmations are sent via email for all registrations. If you did not receive yours, please check your spam folders. If you cannot locate your confirmation, please email conferences@iafc.org.

Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my registration?

Can I transfer my registration to another member of my department/staff?
Yes, registration may be transferred to another person in your organization subject to certain conditions. Contact Registration Customer Support to transfer your registration. 

When can I make my hotel reservations?
Hotel reservations are available at the negotiated conference rate until April 20, 2025 or when the block sells out, whichever occurs first. You can reserve your room at this conference rate using the link on our Hotel page.

What hotels have been reserved? What are the rates?
We have negotiated a conference rate at the conference venue Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa. Further hotel information and rates can be found on the Hotel page.

I've been contacted by a company trying to get me to book hotel rooms - is this legitimate?
Other companies will pose as the official housing vendor for CRRL Conference and may contact you offering housing for your trip. They are not endorsed by or affiliated with the IAFC or CRRL Conference and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.

A hotel poacher/pirate is any unaffiliated hotel or third-party housing company that acts as an official housing company and solicits business from CRRL participants. When individuals book hotel accommodations through poachers or pirates the consequences can be costly; event participants may be left without hotel rooms when they arrive at the event and incur fraudulent charges on their credit cards.

I am a presenter for the conference - where can I go to find information?
Presenters will use their custom Presenter Portal to find the latest information and details surrounding their sessions. Any questions can be directed to Gillian Clarke.

Will I receive credit for the sessions I attended?
The IAFC will provide a certificate of attendance post-conference after completing your conference evaluation.

Where can I find session information?
Session information is published on the Education page. Additional education will be added as it becomes available.

Do I need to register for specific sessions?
The only sessions that require registration are preconference sessions. All other sessions are first-come, first-served. You can create an account on the CRRL website to favorite (Star Symbol) sessions, presenters, fellow attendees, and events as well as build your own agenda. This account creation will also give you access to the conference mobile app when it launches in May. 
Please note, registering for the conference does NOT automatically create a website account. 

What are the booth rules for CRR?
Please view the Booth Rules and Regulations for information on booth height regulations, what is considered a booth violation, booth backwall height allowance, banners, balloons, smoke/fog machines and information on many other items and what is and is not allowed. If you have any questions about the design of your booth please contact exhibits@iafc.org.

What is included with my space?

Booth Space

• 8' tall back drape & 3' tall side drape
• One (1) six foot draped table

How do I register my booth staff?
A Promo Code will be sent to you by IAFC Exhibits when Registration opens in 2024.

Is insurance required?
Exhibitors do not need to submit proof of insurance unless they are utilzing an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) for install or dismantle of their booth. RainProtection will be providing general liability insurance coverage for exhibitors that are pain in full.

When can I move in to set-up my booth?
A 2025 exhibitor schedule can be found online. Full details to come.

Can I carry my booth items/products in myself?
Yes, but they must be able to be carried by hand.

Can I sell my products/service at the show?
You may sell your products and/or services at the event. You will be responsible for any applicable taxes.

I'd like to join the IAFC and/or become a member of the FLSS to take advantage of the discounted registration rates. What do I do?

When and where is the CRRL Conference 2023?
CRRL 2023 is May 9-11, 2023, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee at the Embassy Suites.

Where is the conference next year in 2024?
The 2024 CRRL Conference will be heading out West. Stay tuned for the location announcement.

Is there parking available?
Yes, self parking at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa. Self-parking is $20/day. Valet parking is $25/day.

When are exhibits open?
The Exhibit Hall hours are as follows:

• Tuesday, May 13| 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM
• Wednesday, May 14 | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Thursday, May 15 | 7:30 AM - 10:00 AM

Does CRRL have a conference app?
Navigate CRRL like a pro with the conference mobile app. Go to your device's App Store or Google Play and search for IAFC Events. The CRRL 2025 app will launch in late April.

What meals are provided at the conference?
The following food functions will take place at CRRL 2025:
